Ramiro pepper – this pepper variety originating from South America came to European countries in the sixteenth century, it was created from the hybridization of older varieties. Its fruits are large, 15-20 cm long and 4-5 cm wide. Its sweet taste makes it suitable for salads, freezing or canning. It is rich in vitamins C, A, K and E.
